This is a 21-day introductory health coaching program designed to be done in a group. The group can consist of friends, family members, or co-workers. You all do it together and support each other through the process. This course introduces you to healthier diet/nutrition, exercise/movement, sleep, lifestyle behaviors, stress management, and mindset. It’s not nearly as in-depth as the 90 Days to Dynamic Aging Project, but it’s a great start!

Twenty-one days is not a significant commitment in the grand scheme of things. But it is enough time to start influencing metabolic biochemistry and fuel partitioning to help manage hunger, appetite, and cravings. It’s adequate time to begin getting comfortable with new exercises and movement patterns, even for a novice exerciser. And it’s a suitable duration to start shifting habits around sleep, play, rest, and stress management. You can accomplish much in 21 days; this group reset will guide you. You can learn what to do, but that’s only part of the formula for success. You’ll also need to take action. Over three weeks, you will have daily activities in the categories of Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle.

1. You will do a 1-hour initial group consultation with your health coach to help you get set up and oriented to the program.
2. You will receive one 45-minute health coaching via Zoom or Facetime with your health coach each week to discuss what you’ve learned and ask questions.
3. You will receive an entry-level understanding and familiarity with how to build healthy habit-stacking by prompting you to undertake simple daily exercises and activities.
4. Your progress will be tracked across key Actions and Metrics.
5. You will have the ability to text a health coach with questions.
