This is THE health coaching program that will make the biggest difference for you. Take advantage of this signature 90-Days to Dynamic Aging Project and let us help you get back in the driver’s seat of your own life.
Key Benefits of this program:
1. You will do a 1-hour initial consultation with your health coach to help you get set up and oriented to the program.
2. You will receive one-on-one, weekly health coaching via Zoom or Facetime with one of our health coaches.
3. *NEW* You will receive ancestrally-based approved food lists and grocery shopping lists. You will also have the option to continue this service after completing your 90 days of Dynamic Aging Project successfully.
4. You will receive education and support on how to build healthy habit stacking by prompting you to undertake simple daily exercises and activities.
5. Your progress will be tracked across key Actions and Metrics tailored to you by working with your coach.
6. You will have a direct line of communication with your Primal Health coach via text and email, who will be with you every step.
7. You will gain access to a private community, working through the same program, to support and empower each other’s road to success!
8. Your health coach will help you work through common intrinsic and extrinsic barriers, shifting your identity relative to making supportive lifestyle choices for a lifetime.
9. You’ll be educated and coached across the essential health topics below:
– Diet and Nutrition (e.g., macros, grains, healthy fats, gut health, hydration, cravings, snacking, meal frequency, intermittent fasting, etc.)
– Exercise (e.g., regular movement, micro workouts, strength training, sprinting, etc.)
– Sleep (e.g., sleep hygiene, morning routine, napping, blue light exposure, etc.)
– Lifestyle Behaviors (e.g., sun exposure, play, frequent work breaks, etc.)
– Stress Management (e.g., breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, etc.)
– Mindset (e.g., identity goals, intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation, negative self-talk, cheating mentality. Making time for health. Failure vs. feedback. Taking responsibility. Self-efficacy. etc.).
